The JOGANVE GPS navigation system utilizes satellite signals to determine your position and display it on a navigation map. After setting your destination, the system can calculate the best route to help you arrive safely and quickly. Common Issues and Solutions:

1. Why doesn't the postcode function work? Why is GPS not accurate? A: The common reason is weak or no GPS signal. Test receiving GPS information when first using the device or after a reset. Try to get GPS signal in open areas with strong coverage, instead of at home, near tall buildings, or in remote locations.

2. How is the battery life? A: The device can operate for approximately 30-40 minutes without charging. If the navigator stops working, please let us know or inquire about a return without doing so.

3. How to set speed limits and units? A: 1) Ensure the program language is set to English (US). To change from km to m, go to [Main Menu - Navigation - Settings (tools icon) - Regional - Units and Formats - Distance]. 2) To set speed limit warnings, go to [Main Menu - Navigation - Settings (tools icon) - Sound and Warnings - Speed Warning Settings] and recommend setting it to 100% of the limit.

4. How to use the postcode search? A: First, the postcode search is within the "Find Address" function. If the postcode contains a space, e.g., "G43 1E8", be sure to enter the space, or the search will not match. [Menu - Navigation - Destination - Find Address - Select City/County - Enter Postcode]

Remember to turn off the FM when not in use, or the GPS will have no sound. 5. Clean the windshield before installing the mount, and position the GPS away from the car airbag.
